Can only comment on the first visit. Was good on diagnosis but after that not good. The required part I was told couldn’t come until 4-7 days. Why?? Change suppliers then! No call when the part came in. I had to chase. Could not get the engineer booked in until he checked the part. Then was told he was on annual leave! So no call to say that from the company. Had to ask for a refund to buy a new machine as totally let down in numerous ways by this. If you want your machine mended quickly I would not use this company.

Tony from Upfix, turned up when he said he would. Did the work he said at the time he said he'd do it, and fixed my faulty washed dryer (broken paddle). All at a very fair price. If only all tradespeople were this reliable! Reliable, professional and clean. Highly recommended.
